Title:
A Five-Continent Review of Recycling and Waste Management: Challenges, Innovations, and Future Directions

Scope:
We are seeking a motivated co-author to collaborate on a comprehensive review article examining global recycling and waste management systems across five continents. The paper will synthesize

• Regional challenges (e.g., infrastructure gaps, policy disparities).
• Technological and social innovations (e.g., circular economy models, AI in waste sorting).
• Future directions (e.g., decarbonization strategies, IoT-enabled waste tracking).

The article will include 50–100 textual references, figures/diagrams (e.g., waste flow charts, innovation timelines), and data-driven charts (e.g., recycling rates by region).

Target Journals:
Scientific Reports (Nature Portfolio) or Nature Reviews Earth & Environment (pending scope alignment).

Responsibilities:

• Literature review (20–30 key papers).
• Drafting 1–2 sections (e.g., regional analyses/innovations).
• Assisting with visual content (charts/diagrams) or data curation.
• Reviewing/editing final drafts.

Requirements:

• Background in environmental science, engineering, or policy (PhD/MSc preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong writing skills (prior publications a plus).
• Ability to commit 5–8 hours/week for 2 months (volunteer basis).
