Key Responsibilities:
Proactive and complex diary and calendar management.
Acting as the primary gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
Preparing detailed reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
Managing international and domestic travel logistics, including visas.
Handling confidential information with absolute discretion.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to a senior executive.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and initiative.
