Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive and complex diary and calendar management.

  • Acting as the primary gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Preparing detailed reports, presentations, and briefing documents.

  • Managing international and domestic travel logistics, including visas.

  • Handling confidential information with absolute discretion.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to a senior executive.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and initiative.

  • Unwavering attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs.
