Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions using React.js and React Native. Lead the QA team for mobile app projects, develop QA strategies, and manage test execution. Identify defects, ensure quality, and collaborate with developers. Implement test automation frameworks and mentor QA team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA team for mobile app projects (iOS and Android).
  • Develop and implement QA strategies, plans, and processes.
  • Define test cases, test scripts, and test data.
  • Manage the execution of manual and automated tests.
  • Identify, track, and report software defects.
  • Ensure the quality of mobile app releases.
  • Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Implement and maintain test automation frameworks.
  • Mentor and train QA team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile app testing trends and technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in mobile app testing (iOS and Android).
  • Experience with various testing methodologies (e.g., black box, white box, regression).
  • Proficiency in test case design and execution.
  • Experience with bug tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Appium, Selenium).
  • Understanding of mobile app development processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in software QA, with a focus on mobile app testing.
